Lyttelton, portal to Canterbury’s historic past, a vibrant sustainable community creating a living future

21 Day Challenge

21 day challenge

Spring is a time where we see and feel a lot of changes happening around and within us. We're taking this opportunity to make some "new year's resolutions" and try out some things we'd like to do better for our environment or for our own wellbeing and lifestyles.

Students at Lyttelton Primary will be taking part in the challenge in 2017 and encouraging others to get involved, including local businesses and organisations.

We're hoping others - local groups, families and individuals - will join in on trying something new too. This could be remembering to bring your own coffee cups for takeaways, starting a daily practice of meditation or exercise, changing your habits of buying (to fair trade, local, organic etc.) or any number of things you'd like to change in your life. Whatever you choose, make it something you really want to do, which is fun and achievable - even better if you can do it with friends or family.
