Earthquake Support Counselling

Free earthquake support councelling available at the Lytt Medical Centre after 1.00pm today, Friday 4 March this week and Monday 7 March, Tuesday 8 March next week. This service may be extended, updates will follow in due course.

Coping Strategies for Children, Teenagers and Adults. Written information will be available from this afternoon (Thursday 3 March) at Lyttelton West School on Voelas Rd, Lyttelton Medical Centre on Oxford St and here at the Lyttelton Rec Centre on Winchester St.

Child Mental Health Social Worker available to discuss any concerns that families may have at this time. Contact through Lytt Rec Centre.
