High School - Lyttelton Style! High School started today for kids in Lyttelton. Local teachers, led by Jen Smart from Hagley, have gotten together to create something very much in keeping with our can do attitude here. Classes began at the Youth Centre today (7 Dublin Street) and will continue for the foreseable future. Today's classes included Song Writing with Adam from The Eastern, Guitar with Delaney, Banjo, Maths, Spanish, Knot Tying, and Anatomy of a Disease (What actually happens if you do not boil your water!). Tomorrows classes will be similar and also based around what the kids are interested in. Classes are from 9- 12:30 - come on down enjoy your learning!
