Lyttelton, portal to Canterbury’s historic past, a vibrant sustainable community creating a living future

Community House Services

The current opening hours for Community House is 9am - 6pm, Youth Centre 10am - 6pm.

Both services are operating their drop in services for their perspective age groups and facilitation for extra assistance is also provided. Community lunch is currently being offered Mon- Fri at 12 o'clock, all are welcome and there is no cost for this.There is also free internet , daily newspaper, tea and coffee.

The Youth Centre has both Youth workers available for any needs that our young people may have.

There are also computers available for support with studies as well as the usual games and pool table.

Meals for the elderly are also being provided from the Centre. Please call if there is anyone that may want to be listed for this service
